If you're considering a career in dental assisting, I would strongly recommend looking at other programs before choosing this one. I invested a significant amount of money in this course, and unfortunately, it did not deliver what was advertised. To start, classes were held in a dental office, and much of the instruction consisted of watching YouTube videos in the lobby area. We were also required to complete assignments through a platform they called Canvas. Having already graduated from college and used the actual Canvas learning system, I can confidently say this platform was poorly designed and difficult to navigate. The quizzes were especially concerning. If you retook a quiz after missing questions, the correct answers would essentially be revealed, making it extremely easy to earn a perfect score on subsequent attempts without actually learning the material. This raised serious questions about the quality and integrity of the educational experience. Another major issue was the lack of organization and communication. On one occasion, our class was canceled only 15 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. There was no notice the night before, despite the fact that students

I recently graduated and Iβd say I had a good experience. In a matter of 12 weeks, youβre not gonna come out a strong dental assistant. Definitely teaches you the basics & enough to get you started. I do think I couldβve been better prepared. For students thinking of attending, I would say just utilize your time the best you can in the labs. Again, youβre learning the basics of different forms of dentistry. Youβll be forming your skills during your externships and the jobs you get after graduation. My instructor, Veronique, was amazing, funny, and did the best she can to set us up for greatness for when we start our new careers by showing us videos, how certain things would be like in clinics, how to prepare accordingly to the patients. The online advisor, Jamie Herrera, is not communicative. Anytime I reached out, either someone else responded or I did not get a response. My class did not know we need our RDAs in order to start our externships however she sent mass messages to start our externships without informing us what we need to start. I know that no one else in my class was ever able to get a hold of her as well, and I see reviews going months back with similar complain

I attended this 12 week program and I graduated (March 2026). I would not recommend it to anyone because of the lake of resources and communication. The student advisor never replies to you even though you made an appointment with them ( I literally called them and reminded them about my appointment). Before joining the course I was told that I will earn $100 gift card if I refer anyone which I did and we were in same class. I never received any gift card for my referral. And when I texted them they keep on ghosting me or making excuses!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOLLL!!!!

Recently finished my last class here and I enjoyed every bit of it. There is a lot of information over the course of 9 weeks, but instructor Jessica was very efficient in teaching us the necessary skills that we will need everyday in the field. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested.
